candid conversations: physician failure

I want more candid communications in American business and life. Here is once such I observed in 2012 in healthcare.  It was taped in Canada in the latter part of 2011. Canadian Dr. Brian Goldman tells of his failures in medicine and how a space should exist where doctors can come clean.  It’s about error and candor about error. I deem it functional to hear parallel voices in business, law, banking, engineering, teaching and beyond.
